A BRIEF HISTORY

Petoskey Lacrosse was started in 2005 by Wally Kidd, Kent Case and Brian Main. Three guys who between them have over 100 years of playing/coaching experience! Our love of the game has filtered down through the community and, in turn, has established Northern Michigan's leading lacrosse program. But we didn't do it all by ourselves. A special thank you goes out to ALL of the parents, players, families and friends who have supported us over the years, we never could have accomplished what we have without you!

Player Equipment

If you have equipment needs, here are some resources.  Karmada makes carbon fiber shafts for more advanced players and offers 40% off to Petoskey players.  Lax World is a great resource for all things lacrosse (we generally recommend STX equipment... except helmets, where we recommend Cascade).  Tribe 7 makes some of the best heads at a reasonable price... there is an option to add a beginner 7075 aluminum shaft for about $10 to make it a complete stick.
